1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Reservations

• Booking: All reservations made through our website are requests and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message from Rewind Dine or our booking system.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all bookings made at our restaurant.
• Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. For large groups or special events, a different policy may apply and will be communicated at booking.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a reservation without prior notice may impact your ability to make future reservations.
• Large Groups: Reservations for groups of 8 or more guests may require a deposit or credit-card guarantee to secure the booking. Specific terms, including any minimum spend, will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
• Cancellation or Rescheduling by Rewind Dine: Rewind Dine reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including power outages, staff illness, extreme weather or other force majeure events. Where this occurs we will contact you at the earliest opportunity and offer to reschedule your booking or refund any deposit paid.

3. Menu and Pricing

Our menu items, ingredients and prices are subject to change without notice due to seasonality, supply and other operational factors. The prices in effect at the time of your visit will apply. Photographs of dishes on our website and social media channels are illustrative and the actual presentation of a dish may vary.

4. Dietary Requirements and Allergens

We take reasonable care to accommodate dietary requests communicated to us at the time of booking and confirmed with staff on arrival. However, our kitchen handles a wide range of allergens — including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, shellfish and sulphites — and we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free of trace allergens due to the risk of cross-contact.

Guests with a severe allergy, intolerance or anaphylaxis risk should notify us at the time of booking and speak with a staff member on arrival so that we can help you make the most appropriate choice. Ultimately the decision to consume any item at our restaurant remains with the guest.

5. Photography at Events

From time to time, photographs or video may be taken during ticketed events, private functions or promotional evenings at Rewind Dine for use on our website, social media or other marketing materials. If you would prefer not to be included in any images, please notify a staff member on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including but not limited to the text, graphics, images, and logo (“Content”), is the property of Rewind Dine and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Content without our express written permission.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not in any way that violates applicable law or restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the website.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rewind Dine, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
