- Loyalty Programme (opt-in): If you choose to join our loyalty programme, run through Odoo’s native loyalty module, we also record your visit history, order details, points balance and reward redemptions within our Odoo customer records.
- Information We Collect Automatically: We may collect information about how you access and use our website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the duration of your visit. We may also use cookies to enhance your experience.

- Loyalty programme records are retained for as long as your loyalty account remains active, and for 12 months after the account is closed or becomes dormant.
- Marketing subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any marketing email, after which we will remove your email address from active marketing lists.

You have the right to access, request correction of, and request deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
